How to meet same language speakers

1. Search for groups that connect people who speak your language through meet-up.

As of 28 February 2011, meet up connects speakers of Japanese, Spanish, French, German, Polish and Brazilian. Find more details for all languages: http://language.meetup.com/cities/au/perth/?allGroups=true.  

2. Contact your local consulat or honorary consulat and explore whether the officials are aware of any groups of same language speakers meeting in your city.
